Beef Stew

ALRIGHT ALRIGHT
at first glance? Looks like dog food but it's not I promise it's really not!!!!!
It's beef stew and I made this back when it was raining and cold so I was feeling some stew and I had beef inside of the freezer so I was like huh why not

What you'll need:

- Beef. However much you want. You can do 1kg or 2kg, doesn't matter at all. Me personally, I did 1kg of boneless short ribs cut up into small pieces.

-1 big onion. Trust me. The bigger it is, the better (that's what she said)

-Couple of carrots

-Couple of potatoes

-Oyster Sauce (to taste)

-Dark soy sauce (to taste + to darken to colour up)

-Chicken bouillon powder (to taste)

-White pepper (to taste)

-Sugar (to taste)

-1 tsp sesame oil (to taste)

-5 cups of water (enough water to cover all of your beef + extra water if needed)

-1 tbsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water

How:

- Prep all of your vegetables and your beef. Cut them all up however you want.

- Get your pot piping hot and then throw your beef in. Give it a little stir fry and add your white pepper in. Let it cook until it's half cooked but not fully cooked.

-Add your water and vegetables in and then add your oyster sauce and soy sauce in. Give it a good mix and then cover the pot and let it simmer.

-Periodically check on it. Make sure that it has enough water or else it'll burn.

-Let it simmer until your beef is soft.

-After your beef is soft, add your chicken bouillon powder and sugar and taste as you go.

-Combine your cornstarch and water and add it in. It should be thick but not too thick.

-Drizzle the sesame oil on top

-Its ready!!!!

Enjoy <3
