Basque Burnt Cheesecake

 


I reckon everyone loves a good burnt cheesecake right?
But what happens if you only want a small slice for yourself as you're the only one home?

Fear not! As I have made a very simple cheesecake recipe for a small four inch cake! 

Yep! It's four inch, no more, no less 

In this recipe you'll need:

125g of cream cheese
1 egg
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp flour
80ml whip cream 

-Start by creaming your room temperature cream cheese and sugar together until fully combined. 
-Add your egg in and mix until incorporated.
-Shift in your flour and mix until no streaks of flour is seen
-Pour in your whip cream and mix until fully incorporated.

Bake at a preheated oven for 30 minutes @ 230°C
